The area of the competition is surrounded by two different situations: the homogeneous little urban scale of the neighbourhood and the mountain panorama. The complex is divided into three little blocks to relate it to the surrounding situation. Their layout derives from the geometric pattern of the area. The different disposition of the three buildings, creates well-defined outdoor spaces. It allows various and qualifying scenic experiences. These outdoor spaces, connected with paths, can host different activities. The ground floors of the blocks host the public facilities and technical rooms, while each of the three upper levels of the blocks contain nine apartments, three per level.
